| Show VANILLA EXTRACT SPREE RESULT AUTO COLLISION other arrest reveals cache of moonshine in sevier canyon deputy sheriff A 0 hopkins was called to joseph saturday night to investigate an automobile accident glade labrum and golden stewart of meadow and lovon geoage of kanosh coming over the highway with their car at a high rate of speed ran into the car belonging to J A parker which had been parked by the roadside the parker car had bad been thrown by the impact feet into the guard rails the deputy reported the case to the county attorneys office adding that three bottles of vanilla extract were found in the car driven by the meadow boys and that they probably were intoxicated when the accident happened another case was handled during the week by deputy hopkins acting on a tip given the sheriffs office he went to sevier canyon and arrested ed acton and george quinn who were alleged to be bringing a load of whis whiskey ey to richfield while the officer found only a pint of moonshine in in the car he succeeded in uncovering a five gallon jug of booze cached nearby acton carried in his pocket a 32 automatic and a long knife the two men were brought to the county jail but upon investigation it was found that the arrest had been made within piute diute county and the men accordingly were turned over to sheriff allen alien of piute diute county tuesday morning |
