Notice is hereby given that the I'ark Bingham Mining Company, a corporation, by its duly authorized agent and attorney-in-fact, J. No. 3-Kelvin lode; thence W. 6230' W. 504.0 ft. to Cor. No. 4; thence N. 3300' E. 300 ft . to Cor. No. 3-Ray lode; thence N. C230' W. 600 ft. to Cor. No. 4 ; thence N. 3300' E. 965.4 ft. to Cor. No. 1-Ray lode, the place of beginning. Said lode mining claims are located lo-cated In the SWV4 Sec. 2; SEVi Sec. 3; NE Sec. 10 and NEVi and NW4 Sec. 11, T. 4 S., R. 3 W., S. L. Mer., and contain a net area of 93.100 acres, the areas In conflict with Sur. 4305 Forepaugh and White Star lodes, and Sur. 5938-Kimuro 5938-Kimuro lode, having been excluded. exclud-ed. Said claims are of record In the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake County at Salt Lake City, Utah. The nearest known locations as shown by the official plat of survey sur-vey are the aforesaid excluded claims, and Sur. 5009-Mednight Bell and Lelly lodes; Spr. 5938 Jap lode, "and Sur. 6940-Unibergb lode. I direct that the foregoing notice be published In the Bulletin, a weekly newspaper published at Bingham Canyon, Utah, and which Is nearest said claims for nine (9) consecutive issues. ELI F.
