Five good bulls will be shipped into that many locals. Two locals will exchange bulls. One cooperative bull pen will be const ruetcd. Sixteen baby calves will be shipped into the County, One man will keep a record on his cows. Eight cooperative cream pools will b; organized. One cow testing circle will be perfected. perfec-ted. Three community bull surveys will be made. Two community dairy shows will be conducted. Twenty six cows will be shipped into the County. Three communities will hold meetings meet-ings in effort to get shipment of young dairy stuff. One local will make effort to organize organ-ize local creamery. One local will secure an allotment in forest reserve for strictly dairy stock Cows to be bred before going on reserve. reser-ve. All dairy cows of the county will be tested for tuberculosis. Leaders in six locals will secure e-leven e-leven cooperators who will demonstrate value of sweet clover as a pasture crop for dairy cows. In each local a community com-munity excursion will be conducted to these demonstration pastures at a convenient con-venient time at least once during the summer. In each instance the goal set is a minimum work-requirement this goal may be exceeded in many of the lines of activity. The interest in dairying in Sanpete County is rapidly increasing. |
