Show Constructive Government Policy Intelligence and prudence in the development de-velopment of our great natural resources resour-ces must obtain in order to gain the highest efficiency, the greatest practical practic-al good and the widest distribution. A government policy that permits increase in-crease in mineral production should be incouraged. Restrictive legislation, threats of government confiscation, unjust taxation, tax-ation, and parsimoniousness in dealing with the mining industry are inimical to the nation's welfare and have no place in an intelligent and enlightened generation. i Cooperation and sympathetic understanding under-standing of the needs of industry will bring substantial return to the goven-ment goven-ment and the people responsible for that government. |
