Show NOTICE Of Special Bond Election MOUNT PLEASANT CITY, Sanpete San-pete County, State of Utah. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, A. D. 1930, a special bond election will be held within the limits of Mt. Pleasant City, Sanpete County, State of Utah, for the purpose of submitting to such qualified electors of said city as shall have paid a property tax therein there-in in the year next preceding said election, the following question, to-wit: to-wit: "Shall the negotiable coupon bonds of Mt. Pleasant City, San-nete San-nete County, State of Utah, in the amount of $40,000.00, payable in not to exceed twenty (20) years from the date of issue, $8,000 of saia bonds bearing interest at not to exceed 5 per cent per annum, and $32,000 of said bonds bearing interest inter-est at not to exceed 5V3 per cent per annum be issued and sold for the purpose of raising funds to defray de-fray the expense of building, constructing con-structing and equipping an electric light plant in and for Mt. Pleasant City, Utah, for the purpose of supplying sup-plying such city and the inhabitants thereof with artificial light, the said electric light plant, system and works to be owned and controlled by said city?" At said election, the form of ballot bal-lot shall be as follows: Bond Election Ballot For the issue of Electric Light Bonds I I Yes I I ! 1 I No j I 1 If the voter desires to vote for the isuc of bonds, he shall place an X in the space after the word "Yes." If he desires to vote against the issue of bonds, he shall mark an X in the space after the word "No." On the reverse side of said ballot bal-lot shall be the following: "Official Ballot for Special Bond Election. Mt. Pleasant City, Utah, November 4, A. D. 1930." Fascimile Signature City Recorder, Mt. Pleasant, Utah At said election the polls shall be opened at the hour of seven o'clock A. M. and closed at the hour of seven o'clock P. M. The polling place for all qualified electors of said city shall be at the same voting P'auB aim for the general election to be he.U November 4th in said City, and the Judges of election at said polhns place shall be the same as for the general election as appointed by the County Commissioners of Sanpete San-pete County.
