Show Notice To Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 29, 1930. Notice is hereby given that O. V. Anderson, whose post office address is Mt. Pleasant, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah 1919 to 1929 incl. to appropriate appro-priate .011 of a c.f.s. of water from a spring in Millard County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears 1765 ft. N. and 7994 ft. W. from the SE cor, Sec. 3, T. 20 S., R. 10 W., S.L.B. & M. and conveyed a distance of 1500 ft. where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st incl. of each year for stockwatering purposes. In addition 4.75 acre feet from the above source of supply is to be stored in a reservoir from January 1st to December 31st incl. of each year inundating part of SW Sec. 4, T. 20 S., R. 10 W., S.L.B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10955. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
