Show Notice To Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City Utah, July 29, 1930. Notice is hereby given that Lloyd Draper, who post office address is Mt. Pleasant, Utah, has made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 incl. to appropriate appropri-ate 1-3 of a c.f.s of water from an Underground Stream in San Pete Couny, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears 60 rods S. and 110 rods E. of NE cor. Sec. 21, T. 14 S., R. 5 E., S.L.B.&M. conveyed ,a distance of 10 ft. to South Fork of Birch Creek thence down said creek to point of redi version which bears 81 rods W. and 21 rods N. of SE cor. Sec. 18, T. 14 S., R. 5 E., S.L.B.&M. and there used from April 15th to September Sep-tember 1st incl. of each year as a supplemental supply for the irrigation irri-gation of 60 acres of land embraced in the SSE4. Sec. 18, T. 14 S., R. 5 E., S.L.B.&M. As much water as may be necessary will be used during dur-ing the entire year for domestic and culinary purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File ' No. 10917. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
