Show NOTICE OK DEFAULT NOTICE is hereby given of the default of that Certain Trust Deed, together with the indebtedness secured thereby, which Trust Deed is dated November 28. 1975. and was granted by CARRIER BROKERS, BROK-ERS, as Trustor, to Valley Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee and Beneficiary, and which was recorded on December De-cember 1. 1975. as Entry No. 423847. in Book 585, at Page 13. records of the Davis County Coun-ty Recorder. State of Utah, and which Trust Deed embraces real property situated situ-ated in Davis County. State of Utah, which real property is more particularly described as follows: Part lot 6. 01-083-001 1 Beginning on the East line of 700 West Street at a point 400.0 feet South of the Northw est corner of Lot 6. NORTH S ALT LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK. PLAT "A", a subdivision of part of Sections 2 and 3. Township Town-ship 1 North. Range 1 West, and part of Section Sec-tion 35. Township 2 North, Range I West. Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of North Salt Lake, according to the official plat thereof, and running thence East 340.0 feet; thence South 128.12 feet; thence West 340.0 feet; thence North 128.12 feet to the point of beginning. Irus-tee. advances, if any, under the terms ol the I rust Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid principal and accrued interest ol the promissory note secured by the Deed of I rust. I he nature of such breach is the failure of the I rustors to pay the promissory note secured se-cured hv the I rust Deed. 1 he trustor has failed and refused to pay monthly installments of S726.IX) each for the month of February. I9H2, and each subsequent sub-sequent month and the I rustee accelerated the promissory note and declared the entire principal and accrued interest due and payable. Subject to the rights provided in Utah Code Annotated Chapter 57-1-3 1, (1953, as amended), the amount owing on the promissory prom-issory note is the principal amount of $55,657.65, together with interest thereon, at the rate of 1 0-3 4 percent per annum from February, 1982, and in addition, there shall be added thereto the costs, fees and expenses of this foreclosure, foreclo-sure, including reasonable attorneys fees and advances by the I rustee.
