Mr. Chet Anderson of Ruth, Nevada, Mr. and Mrs. Blain Goats, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Anderson of McGill, Nevada, Neva-da, Mr. and Mrs. Bernell Gowers of Salt Lake City, Mrs. H. D. Christensen and Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Seymour of Oakland, California were called home on account of the illness of their father fa-ther A. M. Anderson of this city. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Moriey announce an-nounce the birth of a baby girl. Mrs. Liaona Johnson of Ely, Nevada, spent last week with her sister, Mrs. Urwin Moriey of this city. Mrs. Angelo Simpson of McGill, Nevada Ne-vada has been visiting relatives and friends in Mount Pleasant and Moroni the past two weeks. Mr. Ralph Feterson and Miss Phyllis Phyl-lis King of Ogden and Mrs. Jacob Peter son of Salt Lake City were week end guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs Cleon Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. James Hardy announce the marriage of their son, Reid to Miss Nora Steel of Montrose, Colorado. Reid is- employed at Montrose for Wool-worth's Wool-worth's Company. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Anderson entertained enter-tained Mr. and Mrs. Russel Bailey and Mr. and Mrs. Cleon Anderson at an elaborate turkey dinner Sunday evening. eve-ning. The Sorosis club entertained their husbands at a Rook party Monday evening eve-ning at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Irons. The grand prizes were awarded to Mrs. Ernest Blackham, Mr. E. W. Stucki and Mrs. Cleon Anderson and Mr. Ellis Draper received consolation prizes. Forty guests were present. Midnight luncheon was served. Merrill Johnson was operater upon for appendicitis Saturday at the Dice hospital. |
