Mrs. Ruby Martin is home after spending a few days at Salt Lake City. Mrs. B. C. Christensen entertained enter-tained Saturday evening for her son Elmo. About eighteen guests were present. Mrs.' Fanny Miles of Salt Lake was a visitor here Saturday with relatives. Mr. and- Mrs. C. R. Larsen and family are home after spending the past winter at Ephraim. The following were guests oi Mrs. L. P. Madsen on Memorial Day: Mrs. L. E. Dunham, Mr. and Mrs. Seth Dunham and Mrs. J. C. Regis of Salt Lake City and Mrs. Margaret Dunham of Mt. Pleasant. Pleas-ant. Miss Madge Christensen, daughter daugh-ter of Mr.' and Mrs. J. Christensen was operated on Monday at the Dice hospital for appendicitis. She is reported to be doing nicely. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Rasmus-sen Rasmus-sen of Bountiful and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hayward of Provo were visitors here Thursday withh relatives rela-tives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. P. D. Allred entertained enter-tained at dinner Sunday for Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Hansen, Mrs. Emily Christensen of Fairview and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Christensen of Mohrland. Mr. and Mrs. Don Nyberg of Mayton, Mrs. Nell Nyberg and Mrs. Eva Ericksen were luncheon guests Wednesday of Mr. and Mrs. Hans Larsen. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Olsen and Mr. and Mrs. Victor Christensen of Mohrland spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. P. D. Allred. Mrs. Allred returned with them to Mohrland for a short visit. |
