No. 1 of the liberty lode (from which the SE Cor. of Sec. 25, T. 3 8., R. 3 W., S. L. B. & M., bears N. 85 dflgrees 56 minutes E. 943.1 ft.) and running run-ning thence N. 29 degrees 23 minutes min-utes E. 1500.8 ft. to Cor. No. 1 Antelope Fraction lode (from which the aforesaid Section Corner Cor-ner bears S. 9 degrees 21 minutes E. 1257.5 ft.); thence N. 40 degrees de-grees 47 minutos E. 1499.7 ft. to Cor. No. 2; thence N. 44 degrees ' 40 minutes W. 493.6 h. to Cor. No. t 3; thence S. 40 degrees 40 min- utes W. 1500 ft. to Cor. No.. 4; ! thence 8. 44 degree 40 minutes i E. 74.6 ft. to Cor. No. 3Liberty I lode ; thence S. 29 degrees 23 min- utes W. 1500.8 ft. to Cor. No. 4; thence S. 44 degrees 40 minutes E. 415.8 f I. to Cor. No. 1, Liberty lode, the place of beginning. Said lode mining claim is located loca-ted in the NYVK and SWK Sec. 30, T. 3 S., R. 2 W., and the SE'4 Sec. 23, and NEK Sec. 36, T. 3 ii., R. 3 V. S. L. B. & M., and contains con-tains a net area of 2.468 acres, the areas with Lot 327-Dulton No. 2 lode; Lot 348-DuIton lode; Lot 349-Lark lode; Sur. 299G-Anto-lope lode; Sur. 3023-Richmond lode; Sur. 3097-Richard lode; Sur. 4626-Old Wahsatch lode; Sur. 3076-Pride of the Valley lode; Sur. 3318-Clark lode; Sr.r. 5378-Am'ber 5378-Am'ber lode, and Lot 11 Sec. 30, T. 3S., R. 2 W S. L. Mer., having been excluded. Said claims are of record in the office of the Coutny Recorder of Salt Lake County at Salt Lake City, Utah. The nearest known locations are the aforesaid excluded claims, and Sur. 3619-Plazzo lode; Sur. 3693-Perego lode; Sur. 3634-Lark No. 1 lode, and Lot 95-Wasach Consolidated lode.
