Show 1 j FOUNTAIN GREEN ! By Special Correspondence I The Christmas cantata "Kin Ml Glorious" which was presented present-ed by the ward choir on December Decem-ber 23rd was a big success. A program pro-gram which included two Christmas Christ-mas carols by a mixed chorus, a reading by Mrs. Kennedy Seager, a male trio and four violin solos by Lawrence Sardoni was given. At the dance Mrs. Birdie Hansen held the lucky number and was given the beautiful bedspread. A number of people are visiting in this city during the holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Mac Hafen and baby of Mt. Pleasant spent last week with Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Anderson. An-derson. Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Coomb" and daughter, Deane, spent Monday Mon-day in Mt. Pleasant with Mr. and Mrs. Keith Allred. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Holman spent Christmas day with Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Candland at Chester. Ches-ter. Mr. and Mrs. Averil Larson spent Christmas day at Ephraim.- Miss LaPrele Aagard, who is taking training at the L. D. S. Hospital in Salt Lake," is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John K. Aagard. Miss Mary Ralston of Provo is a guest at their home this week. Mr. and Mrs. Vance Allred of Ephraim are visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Ray Livingston. Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Beck of Chester spent this week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Amon Hansen. Han-sen. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Allen of Santaquin are visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Warren Holmai. Mr. and Mrs. Burton ;Holman have moved back to this city after af-ter having spent the last few months at Manti. Miss Mildred ' Allred returned home from the L. D.-S. Hospital this week to spend a couple, of weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Allred. "The Lucky Jade" the opera of the Moroni high school under direction di-rection of Ray Anderson, was presented pre-sented free of charge Sunday evening eve-ning at the Amusement hall to a large audience. Lyda Guymon and children visited vis-ited in Moroni Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. Earl Blackham. The Happy Eridgers met this week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clark Cook where a Christmas Christ-mas party was enjoyed and presents pres-ents were exchanged. Games were played and dinner was served. Mrs. Antone Frandsen returned home this week from Ogden where she has spent the past two weeks at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Les-ter Frandsen who are rejoicing over the arrival of a baby boy. Miss Grace Madson, who has been teaching school at Price, is ill at the home of her parents. |
