Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 19, 1929. NOTICE is hereby given that Mt. Pleasant City Corporation has made application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appropriate appro-priate 15 c.f.s. of water from North Fork of Pleasant Creek, Straight Fork of Pleasant Creek and South Fork ol Pleasant Creek in Sanpete County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted as follows: From North Fork at a point S. 81 deg. 50 min. E. 5940 ft. from the WVi cor. of Sec. 5, T. 15 S.. R. b E. S.L.B. Iz M. From Straight Fork at' a point S. 80 deg. 40 nvn E. 5820 ft. and from South Fork at a point S. 65 deg. E. 4810 ft. from the aforesaio corner. The water thus diverted will be conveyed by means of a pip" a distance dis-tance of 7500 ft. wliere is will be us0. i-.ii-nt: the entire year for generating power to be used for electric lighting and propelling machinery at Mt. Pleasant, Utah. After having been so used the water is to be returned to 'he natural channel hI a point which bears N. 43 deg. W. 830 ft. from the WVi cor. of said Sec. 5. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No 10720. All protests against the granting ot said application, stating the rtisons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within t.h.rty (30) days after the convoletior. of the publication of this notice.
