Show j MORONI By Special Correspondence . Mr. and Mrs. Merril Blackham and Mr. and Mrs. Milton Black-ham Black-ham of McGill Nevada are visiting visit-ing relatives and friends in Moroni. Mo-roni. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Gadd of Nephi Ne-phi were visiting last week with Mrs. Gadd's mother, Mrs. Maria Simpson. The West ward M. I. A. presented pre-sented two one act plays at the Kozy Theater Monday night with the following cast: Mrs. John Anderson, Miss Grace Blackham, Miss Maxine Anderson, Harold Christensen, Neldon Simpson, Re-id Re-id Rasmussen and Marvin Draper. Drap-er. Miss Vivian Anderson was the director. Mrs. Virginia Ingram entertained entertain-ed the Bridge club Friday even -ing of last week. Those present were: Mrs. Lafe Morley, Mrs. Jeston Nelson, Mrs. Frank Christensen, Mrs. Dan Phillippi, Mrs. John Anderson, Mrs. Urvin Morley, Mrs. Frank Bruno and the Misses Camille Ol-sen, Ol-sen, Sadie Little, Sarah Kellett. Vivian Anderson and Matilda Ae-bescher. Ae-bescher. Four tables of bridge were play ed and Mrs. Lafe Morley won high score prize and Mrs. Frank Christensen received consolation. Refreshments were served. Mrs. Morgan Lamb entertained Monday evening in honor of the birthday anniversary of her father, fath-er, Daniel Anderson. Dinner was served at 6 p. m. to twenty guests, children, grand children and great-grand children of Mr. Anderson. An-derson. Almost every family in our city has been suffering from colds and flu for the past two weeks. |
