Show Wendell Draper Killed by Auto James Wendell Drainer, age 10 of 132 Lucy avenue, Salt Lake City, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Draper, died Thursday afternoon after eight days suffering from a fractured skull and many cuts and bruses. The little fellow fel-low ran from behind a sprinkling wagon and a car driven by Mr. M. E. Hover, knocked him down, causing his dpath. He was taken to a Salt La.ke Hospital, but died soon aiier. He is survived by his parents and two sisters, Annabille, and Lillian and also two brothers, Fremont and Doyle, Draper also his Grand-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ole Hansen of this city. ' Impressive funeral services were held for James in the North ward chapel, Sunday at 1 P. M. ' Bishop Henry P. Olsen was in cnarge music was by the choir. "I Know That My Redeemer Lives", Mrs. Grant Olsen duets Misses Pearl and Blanche Larsen "Jesus My Savior", and Erma Larsen and Fav Draper of Moroni. A. F. Reynolds Rey-nolds and Oscar Hansen of Moroni offered of-fered the prayers. ' The speakers were Bishop Orlando Bradley of Moroni, William Olsen, Bishop H. C. Jacobs and Bishop Olson. Christian Johansen, dedicated the grave, James Draper son of Ernest and Elvina Hansen Draper was born in Mt. Pleasant May 25, 1918. |
