Show Neighborhood New3 ; Miss Ronu: stansfield and Miss Aria Simps,.n. are spending their vacation in Salt Lake and Ogden visiting relatives re-latives and friends. Miss Glenna Hafen, spent July 4th. 'at Springville, visiting friends. Mrs. Ruel H. Harris and children returned with her and will spend a few days here as a guest of Miss Glenna Hafen. Mrs. Russell Robertson and small son of Bingham, are guests of Mr. and Mrs.- Christian Johansen. Mrs. Robertson was formerly Miss Christie Clarke. Mrs. Jack Josie, of Clear Creek spent Saturday and Sunday, visiting her parents Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Reynolds. Mr. Paul Reynolds who has been studying, engineering at Chicago has returned home. Mrs. Walter Armstrong and daughter Ardath of Elko, Nevada have spent the past two weeks visiting Mrs. Armstrong's Arm-strong's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Truscott. Mr. and Mrs. James Monsen entertained enter-tained twenty five guests at dinner, Saturday evening, honoring Mrs. Monsen's sixty second birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph N. Seely entertained enter-tained at a family dinner at their home Saturday in honor of Mrs. Seely's seventy fifth birthday. There were present Mrs. C. C. Callett of Roosevelt, Roose-velt, Hiley Seely of Ft. Duchesne, Dean Seely of Hadyn, Dr. and Mrs. W. P. Winters and daughter Louise of Price and Max Seely of Los Angeles. A. E. Elerhardt, Grand master. Grand Lodge F. and A. M. of Utah and associate officers C. F. Barrett, C. H. Fischer and L. F. Hammel, all of Salt Lake City, paid an official visit to Damascus No. 10. Saturday evening. A number of Masons were present from Richfield, Salina, Park City, Salt Lake and Cheyenne. A banquet was served ser-ved at 7 p. m. at the First Presbyterian church dining hall and followed by lodge at Masonic hall. Addresses were given by the official visitors. Announcement is made of the birth of a son to Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Chris-tensen Chris-tensen and a daughter to Mr. and Mrs. Moroni Johansen of Spring City. Mr. and Mrs. Boon Monsen who were married last week entertained at a family party at their home Wednesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Proctor of Sterling Sterl-ing Canada, former residents of this city with their children, are visiting relatives in this city. President and Mrs. S. M. Nielson, Mr. and Mrs. P. A. Peel. Mr. and Mrs. Obed Nelson and "Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ericksen have entertained in their honor. |
