Archie Barney returned home Sunday from Springville, where he has had employment. Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Peterson and children and Mrs. Hannah Peterson of Ephraim visited Sunday Sun-day at the home of Mr. and Mrs Earl Jensen. The Spring City Genealogical Society presented a pageant Sunday Sun-day evening in the ward . tabernacle. taber-nacle. Twenty-four young people peo-ple took part. Those having it in charge were: Joseph G. Schofield John Peterson, Cloyd Blain, Minnie Min-nie D. Barney, Myrtle Allred, and Almina Peterson. A flower exhibit was Held ii. the gymnasium Friday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Candland and son Hershel of Blackfoot, Idaho vitited Mrs. Candland's mother, mo-ther, Mrs. Marie B. Christensen last week. They also visited other oth-er relatives in Sanpete while here. They were accompanied here by Mrs. Walter Candland. . Mrs. Eve Jones entertained at a dinner Sunday for a number of relatives and friends, the occasion occas-ion being her' birthday anniversary. Mrs. Georga Kimber of Prove is the. guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Nyberg in this city. Warner Christensen has gone to Kenilwortn. John S. Blain has just returned from an automobile- trip to Logan, where his son Rulon, will attene. the State Agricultural College thie-winter. thie-winter. Mrs. Nina Mick el has moved t Ephraim where she will keep house for her son Roy and a few other boys who are attending Snow College. Ross Allred and family moved from Spring City to Eureka during dur-ing the week. Little Dora Carlson, daughter oi Seb Carlson has come to live with her grandmother, Mrs. Mina Carlson Carl-son and will go to school here this year. |
