Saturday morning of last, week at about 4:30 a. m., fire broke out in a chicken coop belonging to Bishop Ephraim Nelson, burning the coop and about 700 laying hens. Te had sprayed his coop the day before and it is believed that was the cause of the fire. The coupe was all ablaze when Bishop Nelson awoke, he gave tht alarm but the fire had gained too much headway when first seen to be able to save it. The chickens had been put in the coop jusi the night before the fire. . Mr.- and Mrs. Havercamp and son Hugh and Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Nuttal of Salt Lake City were guests last week of Mr. and Mrs. James Prestwich. |
