Show N. J. Anderson Killed By Auto Mis, Harold Wall was notified Tuesday of the accidental death of her father, Neils J. Anderson, 65, of Spring Citythat morning Mr. Anderson was walking on Main Street in ' front of Claren tichcfield's store. A car belonging to Grant Neilson, was parked in front of the store were Mr. Neilson was unloading merchandise. The tar was in gear and Mr. Neilson's daughter Erma, aged 12, accidently placed her foot on the starter, setting the car in motion, knocking Mr. Anderson down, his head striking strik-ing the pavement, causing a fractured frac-tured skull, death resulting almost mstaneously. Mr. Anderson was dragged across the street. Mr. Anderson was a pioneer merchant of Spring City. Mr. Anderson was born in Aarliusj Denmaik, coming to Utah and set-ling set-ling here in 1877. He married mnie Nielsen of Spring City in 1887. Surviving are his widow, Annie Anderson, two sons, Joseph and Arthur L. Anderson, Spring City, and seven daughters, Mrs. Mary Brough, Spring City; Mrs. Spencer Barton, Syracuse, Utah; Mrs. Mabel Ma-bel Strang, Mrs. Sharp Larsen, Salt Lake; Mrs. Eva Mae, Los Angeles; Ang-eles; Mrs. Harold Wall, Mt. Pleasant: Pleas-ant: Miss Blanche Anderson, Spring City, a brother, Andrew Anderson, Sugar City, Idaho; two sisters and a brother in Denmark, and twenty-four twenty-four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in Spring City ward chapel at 2 p. m. Friday with interment in Spring City cemetery. |
