Show At State Fair We found conditions considerably changed iirom last year at the State l' air and hence did not place in the money as much as we expected. There was not State money offered this year. State owned animals ! were allowed to compete for the I money and lastly County Herds from i out side the State wore allowed to j compete. With these thi.igs agalust us we fared rather poorly. ! Our animals won placements as follows: Lee Andersen, yearling heifer, Ephraim, 5th. L. L. Laryen yearling heifer, Fairview, 5th. class of 12 animals L. L. Lar3eu, E'.i'l Calf, 6th.' place in class of 14. Ole N. Olson, 'Jersey Bull, first in class and junior Champion Clair Larson, yearling Boys club, heifer, 1st. too competition Reed Brinton, Aryhire Boys club ; heifer won f irat place in open classes , and fin at place in club classes. No competition. We won fomrth place i'n County Herd. We experienced the keenest com petition that has ever been known at our State Fair. |
