Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 26, 1925. NOTICE is hereby given that Geo. E. Cook, whose post office address s Fountain Green, Utah, has made application In accordance with the equirements of the ,Compiled Laws or Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate three-tenth -.3) of a c. f. s. of water from an unnamed spring area, in Sanpete County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the points of issaunce of the springs which bear 1795 ft. E and 333 ft. S. from the NW cor. of Sec. 18, T. 13 S., R. 4 E., S. L. M.; also at a point 1745 ft. E. and 32 5 ft. S. of the aibove described corner. Said water is to be collected in a concrete 'box and then carried in a 2 inch pipe line a distance of 650 ft. where it will be used during the entire year for the watering of 2000 head of sheep and 6 head of horses. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as Flip No. 9758. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the 'lea-sons 'lea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit :.n 4'uplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed In this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice, GEO.
