Show teachi INSTITUTE IS HELD HERE TODAY Ninety nine per cent of the teach-.ers teach-.ers in .North Sanpete School d.strict attended the teachers institute held today at North Sanpete High School. Supt. Louis A. Petc.isen presided at the sessions and made the opening address, outlining ihe year's work and activities and stressing the aims md ideals of the teaching profession. Prof. I. B. Ball, supervisor of vocational voca-tional education spoke at the forenoon fore-noon session on "Vocational Fduca-tion, Fduca-tion, and Prof. Lofter Bjarnason of ihe U. of U. spoke on "More Professional Profes-sional Work in Teaching." Departmental work was featured during the afternoon session with Mrs. Marjorie M. Braum, primary isupervisor in charge of the primary work. Mis"s Dorothy Jacobs gave a reading and musical selections were furnished by Miss Christie Clark, Reed Clark, R. F. Millet, and Jesse Yourp of Fairview. At noon the home economics department de-partment of' the high school served a cafeteria luncheon for all in attendance. |
