Show NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS. Miss Crystal Jensen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Jensen, was thrown from a horse Tuesday while returning from the East mountains. In the fall Miss Jensen struck a rock and suffered painful injuries to her back and spine. Mrs. H. C. Jasobs, chairman of the department of fine arts of the Utah Federation of Womens C'.uo left Tuesday for Logan to attend the annual an-nual sessions of the federation to be held in Logan Wednesday, Thursday Thurs-day and Friday. Mrs. Jacobs will deliver a lecture "Ant in R.ural Utah" during the federation and wi'l also represent the Twentieth Century club of this c-ity of which she is a past pi esident. Mrs. H. C. Barrett, Mrs. Faireld Larsen, and little daughier, Leone have visited in Standardville this week. Mrs. Matilda Matesen of Chester has announced the marriage cf her daughter, EMa to Earl Fritz of Sal Lake September 19rh. Mr. and Mrs. Reuel Seely have announced an-nounced the birt.h of a son, Sunday. The officers and teachers of the South Ward Y. L. and Y. M. M.' I. A will hold their opening Social and business meeting in the ward chapel next Wednesday, October 7th. |
