Show Proved His Deep Love. A remarkable will has just been admitted ad-mitted to probate In England. It is that of a British soldier, Lieut. Frank Tt. Kirkley, wounded in action, and who died at the Twenty-fourth casualty cas-ualty station, Italy. The will is written writ-ten upon the back of a small photograph, photo-graph, autographed "Muriel," and contains con-tains only the words : "I leave all to her. . Frank E. Kirkley. 13th July, 1017." The identity of "Muriel" was easily established as Miss Annie Muriel Mu-riel Kyrke Smith of Larkhill, Salisbury Salis-bury Plain. The value of the property was about 51,500, but it causes a heart throb to realize that the last thought of the dying lieutenant was for the woman of his heart. |
