Show MOKOM. The M. H. Indies club met. Thursday Thurs-day afternoon at the home of Mrs. Ephraim Nelson. A lecture was given by Mrs. Fred Roundquist. subject "Children's School Days." Luncheon was served to fifteen members. Mrs. James Swensen was a special guest. A birthday party was given Friday Fri-day evening by Mr. and Mrs. S. S. Nelson for their daughter, Erma. Luncheon was served to twenty guests. Games and music were tho main features of the evening. A number of people motored to Mount Pleasant Saturday night to attend (he basket ball game followed follow-ed by a dance. The game was between be-tween Moroni High School and the Snow Academy. It was played with pep and was very exciting. The game ended with the score being 28-31 in favor of the Snow Academy. The Old Folks Commit tec is planning plan-ning to entertain the old folks of Moroni in the near future. Mrs. Rodney Anderson entertained entertain-ed the following littlo girls at a birthday party Monday afternoon in honor of her little daughter, Maxine. A delightful luncheon was served to Jean Yoarance, Elano Gee, Clarise Gee, Mareal Larson, Janiel Jensen, Venice Marley, Udean Morley, Ileen Niolfion and the guest of honor. Easter fillies (jormed the decorations. decora-tions. The Sunllay School officers and teachers will give a charctcr ball in the pavilion next Friday evening. Tile Sorosis Club were entertained entertain-ed at a kcnsinglon and luncheon at the home of Mrs. Leo Morley. A reading was given l.y Mrs. Saddie Chrislensi'n entitled ," What Is The Home." Twelve members were present pres-ent and enjoyed the pleasant after-,U()on. after-,U()on. Mr. rmd Mrs. A. K. Olson and Mrs. A. P. Peterson of Ephraim were .guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Christenseii on Saturday. Miss Florence Little returned Sunday from Salt Lake where sho has spent a month with relatives and friends. N. P. Sorensen is erecting a beautiful bungalow in the eastern part of town. Dr. Lineliaugh has sold Iim I'esi-d.'ine I'esi-d.'ine in Moroni anil expects ; go East to take post graduate work.
