The members of the association expressed regert that the Service had decided not to tag permitted cattle on that district this season and were heartily in favor of tagging their own " cattle even though the premmitees were required re-quired to stand the expense of purchasing pur-chasing tags themselves. Messrs. Olsen and storm returned from a trip to the Seely Creek Ranger Rang-er Station on March 11. They report re-port an additional snowfall of 20 inches since their visit on February 21, all snow being well packed and fairly well drifted.
