Show ' SPUING CITY. Eugene Allred is a rieasant Grove visitor this week. Mrs. J. A. Justesen, went to Springville Sunday to visit relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Rollo Anderson left for Clear Creek, Tuesday, they ex-'pect ex-'pect to make their home there. Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Hood returned to their home at Sehofield Thursday. A number of the Spring City boys have gone out to the Desert Live Stock, where they have employment. Those who iefx .Wednesday were, Lynn Standstrom, Doyle Madsen, Ives Allred, Velao Covert, Leor Jensen Jen-sen and Boyd Allred. Mrs. Ed Smith and children left Thursday for Clear Creek where they go to make their home. Mrs. Mary K. Allred went to Pangwitch Thursday to visit with her daughter. Mrs. I. E. Allred is an Ephraim visitor this week. The Suptcy of the North Sanpete Stake Sunday Schools were called to Ephraim Thursday to meet with the officers of the South Sanpete Stake to complete arrangements for the Sunday School convention which is to be held at Ephraim, Sunday, Mar. 28, 1920. 'There are to be two sessions, ses-sions, one at 10: a. m. and one at 2 p. m. Several members of the peneral Board will be in attendance and more than five hundred workers are expected to be present. At the instigation of the City mayor, committees have been ap pointed to attend the arrangements for "Clean Up" 'day. The dale is to be set later. Preparations are being made for the State Educational Compaign. Wm. E. Watson has been chosen as local chairman. Mrs. Jesse Billington and children loft Wednesday for their home at Paul, Idaho. S. C. Anderson of Murray was a Spring visitor during last week. Miss Britta Anderson of Spring City was taken to Salt Lake City two weeks ago to receive medical aid. Miss Anderson had to undergo a slight operation at the L. D. S. Hospital Hospi-tal last Thursday.1 Miss. Anderson has been very ill for the past four months. She is under stress of great pain, yet very cheerful. Her hoast of friends throught Sanpete all wish her speedy recovery. |
