Show RED CROSS IS STRIVING FOR MEMBERS The Red Cross is still striving for more members. Do not think for a moment that your membership is less welcome because Christmas is over. There is always need. Do not say you are doing all you can without becoming u member. No doubt you are, everybody is. Just remember re-member that by getting into the ranks and putting on the membership button you are helping. Moreover, their will he an added interest in what you are doing, even though you can do no more. You will lose the feeling of scperal eness, and the fact you are with the whole, unrolled with the great army of workers for a common com-mon cause and for the same end. can not fail to inspire you to larger and happier efforts. The slogan is, "A Heart and a dollar are all you need." One dollar a year is all that is required requir-ed for your membership, with always your good will. JUNIOR RED CROSS DRIVE ' A request was received from Washington Wash-ington that committees be appointed to aid in the Junior Red Cross drive, to be held from Feb. 12 to Feb. 22. This work is a nation wide call and is in the charge of the schools. Those having if in charge in (his Chapter are: J. W. Anderson, Mt. Pleasant, Chairman, J. Elmer Johansen, Mt. j Pleasant, James W. Blain, Spring l City, A. II. Anderson, Moroni, Heber J S. Olson Fairview, and J. T. Christensen, Christen-sen, Fountain Green. This committee commit-tee has charge of the North Sanpete District. INCREASING DEMAND Due to the increased demands and duties of tile Mount Pleasant Red Cross Chapter. Chairman Mrs. A. Crane requested that she be released from the position thai she held. Mrs. Crane has been very active- and has done much creditable work, line to her resignition and the enlarged scope of the work required of the Chapter, a business meeting wan called call-ed and the following officers and committees com-mittees elected.
