Show WASATCH GIVES FINE CHRISTMAS PROGRAMME A beautiful little playlet was presented pre-sented last evening by the students of Wasatch Academy entitled "Who Helps Santa Claus." It was presented present-ed under the direction of Miss Edda Mae Gibson and Miss Carrie Purdy music instructors of the, Wasatch Academy. The presentation took place in the assembly room of the school. Those who took part were: Uncle Sam, Mr. Donaldson; newsboys, news-boys, Jack Broadhurst and Edwin Norton; kindergarten boy, Teddy Wall; school girls, Ruth Wall and El Rasmussen; fairy kind thought, Thelma Beaumann; fairy nimble angers, Minerva Tranter; cooks, Jean Meyrick, Stella Brandt and Dovella Tranter; fairies, Margaret Norton, Edrus Nielson, Freda Rasmussen and El Rasmussen; holly girls, Joyce Johnston, Helen Larsen and Dorothy Wall; mistletoe girls, Thaetta Draper, Dra-per, Esther Lindberg and Jessie Stanefleld; . wood outters, Loring Stocks, Daniel Wall, Warren West-brook West-brook and Gerald Korran; candy makers, ma-kers, Elizabeth McLean and Mary Pizza; toy makers, Smith Nielsen, Collins McLean, Paul Stansfield. Paul Larsen, Teddy Wall, James Meyrick, Mey-rick, Edwin Johnston and Melville McLean; by-o babies, Ruth Norton, Betty Wall, Chester McKirahan, Betty Bet-ty Larsen, Helen Norton, Myrtle Johnston and Catherine Wall. With this performance begins the Christmas holidays for the Wasatch students which lasts until the 4th of January, 1916. Many of the students letiarted for their homes today. |
