Nicholas Vladimirovich Rus-sky, Rus-sky, whose victories on the Austrian border, including the taking of Lem-berg Lem-berg and the capture of many thousands thou-sands of Austrian soldiers in an advance ad-vance remarkable for its quickness, nave given him the nickname "Russky the Spectacular" among military writers, writ-ers, was already known when he entered en-tered upon this campaign.
