The apathy that has been a distinguishing feature of (he lm-a political situation for some months past was lirst dispelled by a call for the Republican Judicial Convention, which is schesl-uled schesl-uled to meet at Manti, May 4ih. This was followed by an announcement an-nouncement by L. P.
