Cody, station agent of the Denver it Rio Grande railroad at Helper, was killed today in the yards jof the division. He left the freight office to get some freight bills in the caboose of a freight train and in trying try-ing to climb on the front end fell un-derneath. un-derneath. Both legs and one arm were severed by the train. The boy. who was but IS years of age. was placed on a special train, which left about 5 o'clock. He died at Rio while on his way to Salt Lake. The accident has cast quite a gloom over the community. The young man was a popular student stu-dent at Wasatch Academy last year. |
