Show fVIOUNT "PLEASANT HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION ASSOCIA-TION CELEBRATES ANNUAL PIONEER DAY The Mount Pleasant Historical Association As-sociation and decendants of the e'ar-lv e'ar-lv Pioneers have arranged for another anoth-er Annual Pioneer Day Celebration commemorating the event of the settlement of the city of Mount Pleasant in "the year 1S59. It will take place in this city today March 21st. It is to be one of the best ever held in this city. In the afternoon a very interesting interest-ing program will be rendered at the North Ward Meeting House. Everything Every-thing will be given in harmony with the spirit of the event. An old fashioned fash-ioned dress ball will be given in the evening at the Opera House at which all are expected to dress for the occasion. The following program will be rendered at the North Ward: Singing, "Come, Come Ye Saints." Prayer, Jacob Hafen, Sr. Singing, '"Oh Ye Mountains High". Speech, (10 minutes) John Hasler. Song, Mrs. Nelson Anderson. Speech, 10 minutes Peter Mon-son. Mon-son. Cornet Solo, Francis Ericksen' Speech, (10 minutes) Andrew Malsen. Reading, Mrs. II. C. Jacobs. Music from the High School.
