Board of Education Holds Special Meeting The Board- of education of the North Sanpete High Schools met at a special meeting which was held at Mount Pleasant August 3rd. During Dur-ing the business prceedings which was brought up before the board it was decided to sat the date for the opening of school on the ninth of September. The circulars for the School, which are now being printed will be issued this week. The board arranged for the transportation trans-portation of students living outside the city by appropriating or allowing allow-ing four cents per mile up to seven miles for each student living outside out-side the city, and for those living more than seven miles away thirty cents per day will be given to be spent either for their transportation or in helping to pay for their board while stopping 'in Mount Pleasant. The board reserves-the right to transport students from places where a sufficient number desire to attend the school. The rent for the buliding was reaffirmed re-affirmed and it was decided to furnish fur-nish the rooms on second floor with furniture necessary for the work to be done in each room.
