Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Statfi Engineer's Offi.se, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 28, 1916. Notice Is hereby given that the North Creek Irrigation Company, a corporation, whose post office address ad-dress is Mount Pleasant, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended hy the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate eight (8) cubic-feet of water per second from North Creek, Sanpete County, Utah. Said water will he diverted at two points, via.: At a point which bears north 18 degrees' 19 minutes 'east 3842 feet from the southwest corner cor-ner of the northwest, quarter of Section Sec-tion 5, Township IE south, Range 5 east, and at a point which lies 2H72 feet south and 104 7 feet west from the northeast corner of Section 35. Township 14 south, Range 4 e-ist. Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will be conveyed by means of two ditches aggregating 10,180 feet in length and there used from May 10 to June 30, lnolusive, of each year, to irrigate 660 acres of land embraced embrac-ed in Sections 25, 84, 85 find 3fi. TownBhip 14 south, Range 1 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's offioe as No. 6807. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30 days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
