Show COLORADO COURT DENIES WRIT TO MOTHER JONES Upholds Right of Military Authorities to Incarcerate Strike Leader Under Un-der Order of Governor. Trinidad, Colo. A decision has at last been rendered m the celebrated "Mother" Jones case. In a verbal de-cihlon de-cihlon rendered at the opening of the district court on Friday Judge A. W. -Mcllendrie denied the writ of habeas corpus for "Mother" Mary Jones, the noted woman strike leader under military mil-itary guard at the San Rafael hospital, and remanded the prisoner to the custody cus-tody of the respondent in the action.
