Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Septembsr 18, 1914. Notice is hereby given that the Fairview Land Company, by its secretary, sec-retary, Peter Sundwall, whose post office address is Fairview, Utah, has made application in accordance with t-h rpniiirpmentH of the comniled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate one (1) cubic-foot cubic-foot of water per second from Indian Ind-ian Springs, Sanpete County, Utah. Said springs are situated at a point which lies 1,320 feet north and 1,485 feet west from the south east corner of Section 16, Township 13 south, Range 4 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will be diverted divert-ed at the point of issuance of said springs and conveyed by means of an earthen ditch for a distance of about 2,000 feet, and there used from May 1 to October 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 60 acres of land embraced in Section 16, Township Town-ship 13 south, Range 4 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. Th!' application ap-plication is designated In the State Engineer's office as No. 5794. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied bv a fee of J2.50, and filed in this office within thirty i.3'.) d;ns after the completion of the publication or this notice.
