FIRST inSTITOTE The first official institute for the teachers of Sanpete County was held at Mount Pleasant Friday and Saturday. Satur-day. As reported by County Superintendent Super-intendent A. J. Reese there were 9 8 per cent of the teachers present at the sessions. Prof. Roylance and Prof. Wise of the University of Utah were here and instructed the teachers. teach-ers. Three general meetings -were held. The Domestic Science Department Depart-ment of the High School entertained the teachers at a very fine luncheon Friday afternoon at the High School j building. There were about 12 0 seated at the tables. ' Friday evening a dancing party was given at the Armory Hall and the teachers enjoyed a pleasant social I evening. Saturday morning most of the time was devoted to the study of j English and the uses and meaning of I words by Prof. Wise.
