Show DEATHS The six y-aar old son of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Anderson died Tuesday Tues-day night. This little one has been ill most of its life. Funeral services will be held March 18th. The community has been plunged into the deepest sorrow by the death of Mr. Mart Hansen whose death occured last Sunday at Schofield of Pneumonia after just a few days illness. il-lness. His body was brought to Fairview for interment Monday accompanied ac-companied by his wife and five children. child-ren. Funeral services were held at the L. D. S. chapel at 2 o'clock Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon. Some 200 people turned out to show their respect and love to the family in mourning. Many beautiful floral offerings showed the love that was felt for .Mr. Hansen. Bautiful words of consolation were spoken by Archie R. Anderson, C. P. Olscn and counselor Burns Cox. "Somtime Somwhere" was sung by Bishop H. P. Hansen and others. Those attending the funeral from other cities were Mr. and Mrs. Pete Hansen and Mrs. L. M. Holm of Salt Lake, Miss Lena Jensen and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Rasmussen, Mrs. Mary Johnson from Ephraim, George Reynolds, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Reynolds Martha Reynolds, Brig Farnswortn and children from Mt. Pleasant, Mr. and Mrs. Monson of Winter Quarters and Joseph Dyer of Idaho. Sunday evening services were held at Srofield and many friends met to pay their last tribute of respect to one who was held in high esteem. These are the first deaths that have occured in Fairview this year of 1915. |
