Show Mrs. Bent R. Hansen Dies Mrs. Mary Hansen, wife of Bent Pi. Hansen died at her home in this city last Friday, March 12, 1915 at 1:30 p. m. Mrs. Hansen has been failing in health for a long time but she was a woman of wonderful spirit 5 1 x. S t v ,vk 1 3 j , k v r , Sir MRS. BENT R. HANSEN and vitality and had hopes of recovery. recov-ery. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Allen and was born in this city Sept. 22, 1872. She leaves her husband and two children, Samuel Sam-uel Leo and Bernita May, who suffer a severe loss in the death of companion com-panion and mother. She also leaves three sisters, Mrs. Martha Barton, Mrs. Melisa Winters and Mrs. Lizzie Hampshire and two brothers, Thomas West and Dr. Samuel II. Allen. Funeral services were held at the South Ward Chapel Monday March 15, at 2 o'clock p. m. Bishop A. E. Mcintosh presiding. The opening hymn, "I Need Thee Every Hour" was rendered by the choir. Prayer was offered by Elder George Chris-tensen. Chris-tensen. The choir sang "Sister Thou Wast Mild and Lovely.'' "O, My Father" was sung by I. E. Jorgensen. Pres. James W. Anderson spoke of Sister Hansen's true and loving character char-acter and kind mother. A vocal solo was given by Sister Tina Ericksen. Pres. C. N. Lund spoke of Mrs. Hansen Han-sen being a kind and loving molher and also of her husband's being cheerful cheer-ful through all walks of life. Bishop Mcintosh spoke a short time before closing. The choir sang "Resting Now" and Bishop II. C. Jacobs closed the services with p ayer. The many floral offerings were I beautiful. A large host of friends ' from far and near brought tokens of love and esteem which they held for ' Mr. and Mrs. Hansen. Flowers were I given from the following: Company D. N. G. Cliff, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Syndergaard, Mr. and Mrs. K. LeRoy Barton, Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Allen of Salt Lake City, Utah, M s. H. S. NeiUsou and family, The Hansen Family, Delbert Winters, Chester, Idaho, C. R. Sandstrom, Idaho Falls, Idaho, C. A. Hansen, El-sinore, El-sinore, Mr. and Mrs. Ira J. McKell of Spanish Fork, Utah, and many others whom we did not learn. Interment was made in the city cemetery. In the death of Mrs. Hansen the community feels the loss of a true and loving mother who brought joy and sunshine to her happy home while she lived. Those who crime here from other towns to attend the funeral of Mrs. Hansen were Mrs. James Hansen of Richfield, Mrs. John Hansen of Richfield. Rich-field. Mrs. C. A.
