Show ; DISTRICT COURT IN SESSION AT MANTI The Seventh Judicial District Court convened Monday, Sept. 8, with 19 cases on the calendar, three of which ' are criminal. Alonzo Issacson was granted a final decree of divorce from Jennie Anderson And-erson Issacson. The state vs Hailer Ivie, charged wi'h felony, defendant was arraigned, arraign-ed, plead "not guilty" and the case was pet for Tuesday the 16. i 1 he case of the state of L'tah vs Geo. Davis and Edward Dunn, charged with blowing open the county safe, came on regularly for trial before the court, Monday, September 15, at 2 o'clock p. m. D, strict Attorney, J. W. Cherry and Dilworth Woolley appearing as council for the State and Lewis appearing as council tor : the defendants. The afternoon was j consumed in the empanneling of a j Jury to try said case consisting tf : the followidg to wit: Charles L. Des-pain, Des-pain, Wilford Rasmussen, Charles J. Nielson, Win. F. Braithwaite, James L. Rigby, John A. Anderson, Peter Jacobsen & Alfred Johnson. The city of Eohraim vs D. W. Anderson, An-derson, charged with unlawful sale of liquor, was set for Wednesday the 17th, a plea of "not guilty" having been entered. The case of the Wasatch Merc. Co. vs Ray Sorenseu was dismissed at cost of plantiff . The State of Utah vs Davis & Edward Dunn was resumed on the 16 and 17th, by tne taking of testimony testi-mony on the part of the state in full land upon the part of the Defend- ent's in part.
