Samuel Runnel of Castledale, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Terry of Murray, Mrs. N. P. Neilson of Salt Lake, Mr. and Mrs. John Hunnel of Eureka and Mrs. J. U. Neilson of Helper have been here this week to attend the funeral fu-neral of Stephen Bunncl who died suddenly Saturday. The home of Edith Osborne was the center of attraction Sunday evening, even-ing, as the entertainment was giver in honor of the bachelors of Spring City. The rooms wero beautifully decorated with roses, carnations ant' bachelor buttons. The time was spent in making candy, music and games. Mr. Stephen Runnel passed away at his home Saturday afternoon from an attack of Acute Articular Rheumatism. Rheu-matism. Mr. Runnel had not been in the best of health for a short time but was able to be about his work and had eaten dinner a few minutes before he passed away. His death came as a great shock to all who knew him. He was horn in Sprinr City March 2 nth 1S6S. and would have been fifty years old on the 25th of this month. Mr. Runnel was an active member of the Mormon Church. At the time of his death he was secretary- of the seventies and a Sunday School teacher, he also spent two ye-.c-s in the mission field in the northern st:tes. and served ns a member of the Citv Council, lie wis nmrried o Helen Rees February 16. ISflS. and is survived by a wife and six children: Wyroa. Rees. Ro-wena. Ro-wena. Morris. Maesor and Margaret and mnnv relatives and friends to mourn his los.
