His feet were frozen. One foot, and two toes from the other oth-er foot, were taken off. Last Tuesday evening the young ladies of the mutual were organized into swarms. They are to be known i his year as the Dee-hive girls, and each swarm has two bee keepers. After the meeting they retired to the b-isement and played games, after which refreshments were served. I They will begin their summer's work Tuosday evening. May Day was celebrated by tho Sunday School May 12th. The following fol-lowing program was given at the meeting house: Music: Brass Band, under direction of W. W. Brady; Singing: Choir, Invocation: S. S. Sanderson. San-derson. Singing: Choir, Oration: "May Day" Merlin Madsen, Crowning of the Queen: Attendants who sang a May song, Speech by Qupen of May: Miss lone Souders.. Chorus: Junior "Ms, Pano Duet: Chrlsta Olsen and elnia Christensen, Comic Speech: J. Lewis Larsen. After the meeting all formed in line and marched to the city nark wherp the May pole was braided by small girls, af'er which sports and games were played. A !all game between the married and single men, a dance for the children ind a grand ball in the evening ended end-ed the day's amusements. Ice cream, lunches, popcorn, etc., were sold.
