The Cantata "The Resurrection Morning" under the- direction of Mrs. Lillian SnoiV was very much cn-jcyied- by all present Sunday evening in tlhe ward cuiapel. The soloists were Mrs. Beatrice Yorgasonv Mrs. Hilda Christiansen, Mrs. Olena Johnson John-son and Mrs. Verdia A. Lund. Trios and duets were rendered by Mrs. Cleo Jonr-son, Mrs. Velda Jackiori, Mrs. Francell Hansen, Mrs. Erda Cook, and Mrs. Beatrice Bea-trice Yorgason. Mrs. Vaunile Aagard was organist and Mrs. Ada C. Anderson, reader. Mrs. Claris terna Olson entertained enter-tained at a daintily appointed luncheon at jher home Monday evening. Ihe Stitch and Chat Club members were her guests. Mr. and Mrs. Newel Jenson and infant son of Hetoer City visited during toe, week with relatives and friends here. Miss Adria Jacobsen of Salt Lake City visited Saturday in Fountain Green, and also attended attend-ed the i redding reception of her brother Monard Jacobsen and Mrs. Jacobsen. Mr. and Mrs. Ned Barnes of Nephi visited Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. N. C. Miikkelson. The operetta "Her Royal Highness, High-ness, MLs Jones" under the direction di-rection of Paul Peterson, was presented in the Moroni East wand chapel Tuesday evening. Dancing was under the direction, of Miss Irene Anderson. Miss Delia Robertson of Salt Lake City visited Saturday in Fountain Green with relatives-. Dr. and (Mrs. Evan Aiken and son of Provo, spent Sunday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. iNiels Lund. Mr. Virgil Jacobsen is at a Salt Lake hospital 'where he is receiving medical attention. |
