Show North Sanpete Highlights By Rosemary Cloward Cantata Friday, December 23 the high school chorus will present a cantata to the student body. The cantata is under the direction direc-tion of E. B. Terry and Marilyn Bagnall, president of the chorus. chor-us. Rom Sweaters Members of the Rams, Sanpete's San-pete's men's athletic club, received re-ceived their club sweaters recently. rec-ently. The sweaters are red with each athlete's first nami: written across the left pocket in white. The sweaters also have a ram's head on the front ot the sweater. i Parties The different classes are busy planning Christmas parties for Friday, December 23, when school will recess for Christmas holidays. The students will go to their home room classes at one o'clock and have refreshments and ex change gifts, after which a movie will be shown in the auditorium. Alumni Assembly The alumni assembly, which was to have been presented December De-cember 9, will be presented Thursday, December 22, according accord-ing to Mary Anderson, who is in charge of the affair. The alumni officers for the coming year will be chosen from the graduating class oi 1950. Those running for office are IlowpII Anderson and Mor Rac Blain for president. The vice presidency will be between Bonnie Lou Norman and Ornn Erickson; secretary, Mary Joy Justensen and Jo Ann Larsen; treasurer, Douglas Olsen ana Earl J. Ursenbach The voting will be at the alumni dance on December 2, in the Queen City ballroom. |
