Merlin Mikkelson has recently received a promotion from the I Las Vegas Gunnery School to a Sergeant and has received a pair of silver wings. Mrs. Rhea Waudly and chil- dren of Morgan, Utah are visiting with her mother, Mrs. Florence Preen. Mrs. Kenneth Johnson and children chil-dren of Parfield are visiting for a few days with relatives in Fountain Green. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Kendall of Payson recently visited with Mrs. Kendall's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Johnson. Miss Hazel Green is visiting with relatives in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Jackson entertained en-tertained at a house warming Sunday evening, their guests being be-ing their club members. Mrs. Keith Allred and children of Mt. Pleasant spent Tuesday visiting Mrs. Allred's mother, Mrs. Lillian Snow. Mrs. Olea Bailey, Mrs. Minnie Olson and son Acel, Mrs. N. E. Mrs. Eliza C. Jensen has left for Salt Lake City where she has employment. Mrs. Austin Mangelson and son of Salt Lake City are visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Rasmussen. Mr. and Mrs. Truman Curtis of Salt Lake City visited Saturday Satur-day in Fountain Green. Mr. Booth Sorensen and family of Lehi visited during the week with Mrs. Sarah C. Anderson, mother of Mr. Sorensen. Mrs. Ivy Seager and daughter Clar of Spanish Fork spent a few days of this week with Mrs. Seager's parents, Mr. and Mrs. James L. Neilson.
