During the past four years, all activity in the Recorder's office has been conducted in a businesslike busi-nesslike manner and work has been handled with dispatch. Mrs. Graham was instrumental in setting up a new card system in the Recorder's office which includes 16,000 cards showing : property ownership and descrip-j descrip-j tion of the land. She also secured se-cured for the office a new loose-! loose-! leaf tabulated system of abstract records which are proving very successful. They were one of the first of this type of record in the State. Now other offices throughout through-out the State are adopting this system of records. Mrs. Graham is well qualified by education and experience for this position. She is a native of Fairview, a graduate of the North Sanpete High School at Mt. Pleasant, and also of Snow College at Ephraim. She was a certified teacher in Utah Public Schools. At the State Convention this year, Mrs. Graham was chosen to act as Session Chairman for all the County Recorders of Utah, a position she filled with credit to her office and to herself. Mrs. Graham is active in religious re-ligious and social circles of the Community. She is the mother of five children and has had the responsibility of the home" for more than four years.
