Show Mt. Pleasant Brevities . . . Mrs. Elaine James, son Gary and daughter Terry Lynn of Salt Lake City, are here visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs J. P. Madsen. Miss Mable Pearson returned Saturday to her home in Mt. Pleasant. She spent the winter in Salt Lake City with her sister, Mrs. Shirley K. Daniels. Hackfield of Torrance, Calif., is spending a week here with her mother, Mrs. Harold Jensen and family. Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Rice and children and Miss Esther Ras-mussen Ras-mussen of Salt Lake city were weekend guests at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Dan-iel Rasmussen. Wednesday, the Rasmussen's had as their guests. Dr. and Mrs. Paul Rasmussen of Salt Lake City and Dr. and Mrs. Howard Rasmussen of Brigham. Miss Lucile Nelson is spending spend-ing the week with her sister, Mrs. LaMar Jensen in Provo. Mrs. Daniel Rasmussen is convalescing con-valescing at her home after a fall ten days ago in which she fractured her left arm near the shoulder. Pleasant returned home last week following a three-week's visit in Southern California and Nevada. While in California she spent time with a son. Ralph Anderson, and with a brother. Will Shepaid and family, at Los Angeles. Enroute home, Mrs. Anderson visited with a sister, Mrs. C. F. Edwards of Las Vegas, Nov. ... Recovering From Eye Operation William L. Householder had returned to Mt. Pleasant this week following a stay of four months at Provo and Springville. During this period Mr. Householder House-holder underwent treatment for an eye illness at Provo and resided re-sided with a brother, Harold Householder at Springville. Slow, but satisfactory recovery from the eye ailment was reported re-ported by Mr. Householder. ... Beauticians Meet For Business Mrs. James Fillis entertained members of the Sanpete County Beauticians association Monday evening at her home at a business busi-ness meeting.
