Show College Announces 1 Dairy Day Plans Results of experimental work irhich has been carried on at th- , Utah State Agricultural college during dur-ing the past eight years in dairy husbandry, will be shown and discussed dis-cussed at the second annual dairy day to be held at the college Wednesday, Wed-nesday, August 1C. according to professor George B. Caine, head of the dairy department. -Various rations of home-grown ftids have been fed to the dairy stock on the experiment! farm, including in-cluding alfalfa hay, barley, beef-pulp, beef-pulp, oats, bran, and silage. Physical Physi-cal condition of the animals fed o the different rations and their milk oroduction records will be studied," Professor Caine said. "The breeding program adopted at the college will also be discussed and a number of daughter-dam comparisons will be made showing the effect of a proved sire on the productivity of a herd." The program, which will begin at 10 a. m. at the experimental farm one mile north cf the college campus cam-pus and to which everyone interested interest-ed is invited to attend, follows: 10:00 a. m., Assembly at Dairy Experimental Farm.
