Show Snow College Notes The first officers of Snow's new institute were elected Monday, Oc-L.ber Oc-L.ber 24. They are as follows: Don Plumlee vf Mt. Pleasant, president; presi-dent; Lena Morley of Moroni, vice p .sident; and Decoy Larsen of .Vlt. Pleasant, secretary and treasurer. treas-urer. . , i ; K 'the inaugural party took place October 27 under the jurisdiction f Mr. Welker in the Institute building. Snow will present the play "Mr. Pirn Passes By" November 19. Members of the cast include: Walter Wal-ter Odell as Brian Strange, Stanley Stan-ley Nielsen as Mr. Pirn, Rue Hickman Hick-man as George Marden, Enid Thorpe as Dina, Lloyd Kjar as James, Luzone Sondrup and Lucile Frisohknecht are doubling for the parts of Olivia Marden and Lady Marden. Written by A. A. Milne, the play has been in public favor lK r a long time. Inlsrclass tournaments are to be sponsored throughout the year by the physical education department at Sncw. Students, who otherwise wold have no chance for physical recreation, are urged to take part. The season will be officially opened wi h a basketball game between the Juniors and Seniors, November 8 h. |
